INTERNSHIP

The Media Sales intern will develop new leads, cold call potential clients, manage existing customer relationships and close the deal, either over the telephone or in person, with the aim of maximising sales revenues, increasing your client portfolio and hitting targets.

Other day to day responsibilities include:

  • Media Sales Outreach
  • Database Management
  • Integration of works into site
  • Junior / Lightweight Development
  • Managing media sales
  • Contribute to website redesign project in various ways
  • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
  • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and more
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree/diploma in a Sales related course
  • Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
  • Good social media skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills
  • Target driven and the ability to sell
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of digital and social media landscape
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Docs
  • MAC OSX and Salesforce knowledge are a plus
